The MRPAC is proud to offer a variety of youth-focused initiatives that inspire creativity and leadership. Our Youth Committee provides a platform for young voices to influence the arts in our community, while our internships offer valuable hands-on experience in theater operations. For our youngest participants, Broadway Kids introduces the magic of performance through fun, engaging workshops. Together, these programs create opportunities for young people to grow, learn, and shine on and off the stage.
The MRPAC’s Youth Committee offers an exciting opportunity for young people to lead, collaborate, and contribute to the arts. Members play a vital role in organizing events and engaging with the community. Visit the Youth Committee page to learn more and how to get involved!
Our internship program invites local youth to take on roles as box office interns, where they gain first-hand experience in ticket sales, patron services, and theater operations. This program not only equips interns with practical skills but also fosters confidence, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for the arts. By investing in our community’s youth, we help build a stronger future for the performing arts.
