The MRPAC is proud to offer a variety of youth-focused initiatives that inspire creativity and leadership. Our Youth Committee provides a platform for young voices to influence the arts in our community, while our internships offer valuable hands-on experience in theater operations. For our youngest participants, Broadway Kids introduces the magic of performance through fun, engaging workshops. INTERNSHIPS

Our internship program invites local youth to take on roles as box office interns, where they gain first-hand experience in ticket sales, patron services, and theater operations. This program not only equips interns with practical skills but also fosters confidence, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for the arts. By investing in our community’s youth, we help build a stronger future for the performing arts.

BROADWAY KIDS

Broadway Kids is a fun and immersive program designed for children in grades K-2 who love to sing, dance, and perform! Over the course of a week, participants explore the magic of musical theatre by learning songs, practicing choreography, and working together to create a mini-showcase. With a focus on creativity, teamwork, and self-expression, Broadway Kids introduces young performers to the joys of the stage in an engaging and supportive environment.
