The Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center (MRPAC) has been a cornerstone of Uptown Foxborough for nearly a century, offering high-quality arts entertainment and youth programming that enriches our community. Thanks to YOUR overwhelming support and a generous $81,000 matching grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, we are thrilled to announce that we have exceeded our fundraising goal for the Reimagine the Arts Uptown campaign!
This campaign was more than just maintaining our historic building—it was about preserving the legacy of the arts in Foxborough and ensuring that our beloved theater continues to thrive for generations to come. With the funds raised, we are positioned to revitalize the MRPAC, making it more welcoming and accessible. Together, we have reimagined what this theater can be, and we are excited to share the plans of its revitalization with you.
The $226,755 raised through the Reimagine the Arts Uptown campaign will be used to address several critical areas of our building:
With these improvements, the MRPAC will not only be a safer and more accessible space but also a more vibrant and attractive part of the Uptown area.
The renovations will have a profound impact on both our theater and the wider Uptown Foxborough community:
We are grateful to everyone who contributed to the success of the Reimagine the Arts Uptown campaign. Your generosity and support have made it possible to preserve and enhance YOUR community theater. We would like to extend a special thank you to our major donors, partners, and the Massachusetts Cultural Council for their matching grant, which significantly amplified the impact of every donation.
