The MRPAC values group attendance and strives to make the group ticketing process easy and efficient. The following guidelines help ensure a smooth experience for our box office staff and patrons.
Group Eligibility
A group is typically defined as 15 or more tickets purchased for the same performance. Minimum group size and pricing may vary by event and are subject to change.
Reservations & Payment
Seats will be held once a group reservation is placed. To make a group sale reservation, our Box Office team will send a reservation contract. Payment in full must be received no later than 2 weeks after the reservation contract is signed. If payment is not received by this time, the seats will be released to the general public.
Accepted payment methods and instructions will be outlined on the invoice. All payments must be received by the final payment deadline.
Cancellations & Changes
Group tickets may be adjusted prior to the final payment deadline, provided the group minimum is maintained. Once tickets are paid in full, all sales are final and tickets may not be refunded. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance date/time as long as it is for the same production, based on availability.
Additional tickets may be added to an existing group reservation based on availability.
Ticket Policies
All tickets, including group tickets, are non-refundable and valid only for the performance date and time listed unless approved to be exchanged by the MRPAC Box Office. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for amounts greater than face value.
Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry. Please review event details prior to purchase.
Performance & Seating Information
Performance dates, times, and artists are subject to change. In the event of a change, the MRPAC reserves the right to substitute performances or reschedule events. In the event that a performance is rescheduled, tickets may be refunded if the alternate time/date does not work for the group.
Photography & Recording
By entering the venue, ticket holders consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
